Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Made-to-order furniture (like large dining or office tables) may take 10–15 business days to complete before shipping.

In-stock pieces are typically shipped within 3–7 business days.

You'll get a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once your item has shipped.

Delays may happen in rare cases due to weather, transport strikes, or other unexpected issues.

For regular furniture orders, customers can choose a split-payment method:

50% advance at the time of order confirmation

Remaining 50% payable upon delivery

This process helps us reserve materials, begin production without delay, and ensure your order arrives safely and on schedule.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive your tracking details via email or SMS.

You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s platform.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and location of your order.

Final shipping fees will be shown clearly at checkout, so there are no surprises.

We aim to keep shipping reasonable and competitive, especially for large furniture items.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package can't be delivered due to a wrong address or other issues, it will be sent back to us.
