Returns

You may return any product within 7 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

Returns are not accepted after 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Faulty

Items If you receive a damaged or defective furniture piece or product, please get in touch with us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the status:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
